Jack Hood OBE FRICS - Senior Partner
Senior Partner at McConnell Martin since 1986. Jack has general responsibility for servicing major clients as well as heading up the Professional Services Department. Jack is a Past President (twice) of the Belfast Chamber of Trade and has served on a number of public bodies. He was Vice-Chairman of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, the regional Housing Authority for Northern Ireland, from 1995 to 2004.

Rory DR McConnell MRICS - Partner
Rory joined McConnell Martin in 1976. He heads up the commercial agency team dealing with transactional business, concentrating particularly in the retail and office sectors. He is also active in the property development and investment markets. Rory has overall responsibility for liaison between McConnell Martin and the King Sturge CORFAC® International network.

Brian Frazer - Partner
Brian has been with McConnell Martin since 1969 and has overall control of Client Accounting matters. A keen sportsman, Brian played basketball for Ireland youth team; League of Ireland Soccer for Waterford and Rugby Union for Bangor. He is an active member of both Bangor & County Sligo Golf Clubs.

Charles Harper MRICS - Partner
Charles joined McConnell Martin in 1979 and has been Partner in charge of Property Management since 1992. Charles heads up a dedicated team which controls the physical management of the firm's extensive property portfolio. Caroline Dixon BSc (Hons) MRICS - Partner
Caroline obtained her Honours Degree in Estate Management at the University of Ulster in 1997. She joined McConnell Martin in the same year, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000, was promoted to Associate in 2002 and appointed partner in 2005. Caroline advises on Agency and Professional instructions across Northern Ireland.
